My Name is Niloofar,
I continue my education in Chemistry to get my master degree but I was always passionate about baking and obsessed with creating art. 
I found my education extremely relevant to my work, a few years after graduation I finally listened to my heart and have started my own cake business.

Emma Cakery was named after my daughter, Emma.
